Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Appointments
All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 100%)
- No-shows may be charged the full session fee
3. Late Arrivals
- Sessions will end at the scheduled time
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a fee reduction
4. Refunds
- Coaching services are generally non-refundable once delivered
- Prepaid sessions or packages may be refunded at our discretion, minus any sessions already used
5. Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
- Square
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Interac e-Transfer
6. Exceptions
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or at our sole discretion.
