All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (up to 100%)
• No-shows may be charged the full session fee

• Sessions will end at the scheduled time
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a fee reduction

• Coaching services are generally non-refundable once delivered
• Prepaid sessions or packages may be refunded at our discretion, minus any sessions already used

• PayPal
• Interac e-Transfer

Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or at our sole discretion.
