A parent or legal guardian must:

• Provide written consent where required
• Be responsible for all bookings, payments, and participation
• Ensure the Minor complies with these Terms

By allowing a Minor to participate, the parent or guardian:

• Confirms they are the lawful parent or legal guardian
• Accepts full responsibility for the Minor’s participation
• Assumes all risks associated with participation
• Agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Zensations Health & Wellness Inc. from claims arising from the Minor’s participation

We reserve the right to request proof of parental or guardian consent at any time.

• All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.
• Refund and cancellation policies will be disclosed at the time of purchase or booking.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to deny refunds where services have already been provided.

Participation in wellness services may involve physical, emotional, or lifestyle changes.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
• You are responsible for determining whether services are appropriate for you or your Minor.
• You release Zensations Health & Wellness Inc. from liability for injuries or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Canadian law.

• Text
• Logos
• Program materials
• Videos
• Graphics
• Downloadable resources

is the property of Zensations Health & Wellness Inc. and protected under Canadian copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit content without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes
• Misrepresent your identity or age
• Disrupt website functionality
• Share proprietary program materials without authorization

We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with Canadian privacy laws.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

• Your misuse of services
• A Minor’s participation under your supervision
